We believe in a collaborative, hands-on approach, working closely with you and your team to identify specific goals and anticipate potential roadblocks and challenges in order to find the best design solution.
We like to get everyone involved in the design-build process around the table early to facilitate discussion, ideation and coordination to align on overall vision. At the end of the day, this project will tell a story about who you are – and we want to make it a great one.

We finalize design solutions through documentation and fabrication.
We have intentionally established an open, team-based culture. With experience spanning from architecture and interior design to theater and film, we thrive on diverse perspectives. Our work is idea-driven, meaning the best idea wins – you won’t find any egos here.
Our team members deliver award-winning projects by listening to your goals and presenting a strategic vision that perfectly aligns with your brand. We believe great client service is as important as the work itself, and foster an open dialogue so that your team always feels supported.
It’s not just about doing great work for clients – we believe in giving back to the communities where we live, work and play. Community involvement is one of our core values, from pro-bono work to firm-wide volunteering with our nonprofit partners. We grow stronger as a firm, and as individuals, when we are giving back not only to the design world, but to those in our orbit.
The Spilman Foundation was established by architectural designer Peter Provost and born from an idea to expand architecture and design education outreach to K12 children.
The foundation serves as a hub to support various initiatives that expose the younger generation to STEM, from establishing camps, curriculum and after-school programs to working with nonprofit partners to champion design as a way to educate and engage kids.
The Architecture Design Camp is a comprehensive and collaborative design-based summer camp for young creatives (ages 11 – 15). Our eight-week-long programs use the discipline of architecture as a way to engage campers in STEM-focused learning initiatives.
We give students the rare opportunity to learn through hands-on workshops, informative talks from working designers, and a behind-the-scenes, real-world look into the design profession. The architecture design camp also partners with local community organizations, allowing students to design for social good.
